2.4 Account Security

3 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
xx999 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — meaning the bonus funds must be wagered 25 times before the bonus can be withdrawn.
3.1 Bonus Usage Conditions
- Bonuses may only be used in the games and betting sections designated by xx999.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be applied to the same deposit at the same time unless stated otherwise.
- No bonus is considered cash and cannot be withdrawn directly.
- If bonus misuse is suspected, xx999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the relevant account until an investigation is complete.
3.2 Validity Period of Promotional Offers
Each bonus or promotional offer has a specific validity period, which can be found on the offers page or through support. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

Supported methods for depositing funds at xx999 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
4.2 Withdrawal Methods
The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
4.3 Identity Verification
Before processing a withdrawal request, xx999 may ask for a copy of a national identity card or passport for identity verification. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.
4.4 Fraudulent Transactions
If chargebacks, money laundering or any fraudulent transactions are suspected, xx999 may immediately suspend the account and notify the relevant authorities.
5 VIP Programme and Weekly Cashback
xx999's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — up to 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold and 1.5% at Platinum. Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses for that week (total losses minus total winnings).
5.1 Tier Change Rules
A member can move to a higher tier through consistent activity and betting. If activity decreases, the tier may be reduced. The final decision on tier assignment rests with xx999.
5.2 Cashback Payment Timeline
Earned cashback is generally credited to the account at the end of the week. If cashback is not used within a set period, it may be cancelled.
6 Game and Betting Rules
6.1 Finality of Game Results
The results of all games and betting events on xx999 are determined by the system and are final. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical fault, xx999 reserves the right to void that round and return the staked amount.
6.2 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for various games and betting markets. These limits may change from time to time, and xx999 reserves the right to adjust the betting limits of specific accounts in particular cases.
6.3 Erroneous Odds or Payouts
If incorrect odds are displayed or erroneous payouts are determined due to a clear technical or human error, xx999 reserves the right to void those bets. An opportunity to re-place bets at the correct odds will be provided.
6.4 Match Fixing and Manipulation
Bets connected to match fixing, score manipulation or any form of foul play will be voided by xx999. Accounts involved in such activity will be permanently closed.

11.1 Force Majeure
In circumstances beyond human control — such as natural disasters, war, government restrictions, cyberattacks or other Force Majeure events — xx999 may temporarily suspend its services and will not be liable for any losses arising from such circumstances.
12 Terms Amendment and Termination
12.1 Amendment of Terms
xx999 may partially or fully amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amended Terms will take effect from the date of publication. It is the user's responsibility to review this page regularly.
12.2 Closing an Account
A user may request to close their account at any time through support. If any bonus wagering is not complete before the request is submitted, that bonus will be cancelled.
12.3 Rights of xx999
In cases of Terms violations or suspicious activity, xx999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice. xx999 reserves the full right to modify, restrict or discontinue its services.
13 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
Any dispute relating to these Terms and a user's relationship with xx999 will first be attempted to be resolved through discussion. If no resolution is reached through discussion, the matter will be settled through the relevant authority.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully valid and effective.
